Establishment of Komori Technical Service Center in Asia1. BackgroundKomori aims to deliver “Kando – Beyond Expectations” value and performance and strives to increase customer satisfaction as well as maximize product value. As a way to accomplish these goals, Komori will establish a Komori Asia Technical Service Center in a suburb of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to be completed in September. The Asian market, where sales are expanding, is an important market, and we will work on enhancing not only sales but also services. The purpose of the Komori Asia Technical Service Center is to increase the speed of service delivery and provide technical support to distributors, and we aim to transfer technology to the Asian region and increase the skills of our distributors’ technical workers and user operators. 2.
