With advances in digitalization, network connections, remote maintenance, and data interlinks of press machines, we recognize that product security must be ensured throughout the product life cycle, and endeavor to continuously improve product security activities that span all stages from development, design, manufacture, shipping, operation, and maintenance to the end of support.

Response to Problems
Komori has established a vulnerability reporting contact point related to our products and services, and has established a PSIRT (Product Security Incident Response Team) to respond appropriately to security issues. We also provide appropriate information to customers and related parties, and report promptly to relevant authorities as necessary based on related laws and other regulations.
